Sign up and create your store.

You can signup to ShopQuery at go.shopquery.ai
The first screen asks for your email address.
- Enter your email in the Email field.
- Click Create account.
- Check your email for the verification code.
- Enter the code on the Verify Email screen.
After your email is verified, it sends you to the Create your store screen.
Create your store
The Create your store screen is where you enter your business name and select your sales channels. If you already use an inventory management system, you can connect it to ShopQuery here too.
You will be asked for:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Store Name | The customer-facing name of your store, such as Wonder Store. |
| Where do you sell? | Choose Physical Store, Online, or Both. |
| Existing inventory system? | Choose Yes if your products already live in an existing inventory system. Choose No if you want to start with ShopQuery. |
| Datasource | If you choose Yes, select the existing inventory system. |
Choosing the right sales channels
Pick the option that matches how the store currently operates:
- Physical Store: use this when customers can only buy from a physical store location.
- Online: use this when the store does not operate from a physical location.
- Both: use this when the business sells online and from one or more physical locations.
